Shipping:
Shipping is free for ground delivery that includes insurance and tracking. Shipping is $15.00 for second day air. If you would like next day air please email us and we will give you a quote. We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card that is used to place the order. Sorry we do not ship to alternate addresses. Most items will be shipped the same day if the order is placed by 3:30 pst. Arizona residents pay a 9.1% sales tax. We only except orders placed by residents in the U.S. We do not ship International.
Returns:
All items can be returned in original condition within two weeks from the date of purchase. You must notify us by email that it is being returned. You will receive a full refund or exchange minus the shipping charges. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than
Generation Jewelers), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. You must insure the package and are liable if package gets lost or damaged.
